Ice cream tastes so good 🍨. On the other hand, it is pretty unhealthy due to its high sugar content.
When you enjoy ice cream, pick the healthiest option available. Meaning, an ice cream which contains only ingredients that you know and understand and not all the artificial crap that is in 99% of ice cream on the market.

Buyer beware, only a few flavors have the good ingredients. Among them vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and coffee. Make sure to check the label.
As for the sugar, serving size of the vanilla ice cream is 2/3 cup which contains 25 grams of total sugar. 4 grams of sugar are equivalent to one level teaspoon. You will be eating over 6 teaspoons of sugar and most people will eat two or more servings, doubling or x-ling the amount of sugar.
